Donate to the Third Coast Center for AIDS Research

Every 9 ½ minutes someone in the United States gets infected with HIV, and young people are the fastest growing group.

The Third Coast Center for AIDS Research is advancing the science that can turn the tide of this epidemic. You can help.

The Third Coast Center for AIDS Research is supported by a competitive grant from the National Institutes of Health and by the participating institutions. While every source of funding is important, private philanthropic support is especially vital to the success of our efforts. The generosity of friends, patients, and alumni can enable the center’s work in laboratory, clinical and behavioral research on the detection, prevention, and treatment of HIV, as well as training and mentorship of the next generation of HIV researchers, to contribute to ending the epidemic among young men who have sex with men and other populations at risk.

Gifts are especially useful to the Third Coast CFAR for supporting young investigators, capitalizing on unique scientific opportunities, bridging researchers from one grant to the next, supporting events and activities at our community organization partners, and for recruitment of new faculty.

For your convenience, a number of giving options are available. These include outright gifts, appreciated assets such as securities, and pledges payable over a three- to five-year period.
