On October 28-29, Brian Mustanski and Nanette Benbow led a meeting of 65 NIH-funded Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) science-practice partnerships, implementation science experts, and senior officials from HRSA, CDC, NIH, and HHS. The summit kicks off the Implementation Science Coordination, Consultation, and Collaboration Initiative (ISC3I), recently awarded to Co-Principal Investigators Mustanski and Benbow. ISC3I serves as a resource for the investigators and practice partners leading the current round of EHE projects.

Dr. Mustanski directs the Institute for Sexual and Gender Minority Health and Wellbeing, and co-directs the Third Coast Center for AIDS Research and the Center for Prevention Implementation Methodology on Drug Abuse and HIV. He is a professor of Medical Social Sciences, as well as Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

Prof. Benbow co-directs the Behavioral, Social, and Implementation Sciences Core of the Third Coast Center for AIDS Research and is core faculty in the Center for Prevention Implementation Methodology on Drug Abuse and HIV. She is a research assistant professor in the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
