The Journal of the International AIDS Society (JIAS) has issued a call for abstracts proposing articles for a supplement of the publication entitled “Application and Innovation in Implementation Science Methods for HIV Prevention,” to be launched in May/June 2026. The abstract submission deadline is on May 31, 2025.
This supplement highlights the evolving landscape of HIV-related implementation research and may include innovative systematic reviews and meta-analysis. The editors seek manuscripts that showcase:
- Applications of established implementation science methods in HIV treatment, prevention and care
- Adaptations of implementation strategies across different settings and communities
- Innovations in implementation science methods that enhance the effectiveness and reach of HIV interventions
- Innovations in ethical standards and review processes in implementation science
