The NIH Common Fund has released a Request for Applications (RFA) for the NIH Director’s Pioneer Award in the High-Risk, High-Reward Research program. The program supports scientists with outstanding records of creativity, proposing pioneering approaches to significant challenges in any area of science relevant to the broad mission of NIH. Applications from women and members of groups that are underrepresented in NIH-funded research are especially encouraged.
